If you answer the question wrong, you lose a life.
If your personal time limit of 10 seconds runs out, you lose a life.
If the global time limit ends on your turn, you lose a life.
If you lose your 3 lives you are eliminated from the game.

The last player, the one who has answered the most questions correctly and has kept any of his 3 lives, will be the winner.
